Kitchen Porter – Lodore Falls Hotel & Spa

We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our busy kitchen team at Lodore Falls. This role supports both kitchens on site, so it’s ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and being an important part of a wider team.

As a Kitchen Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the kitchens, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting the chefs where needed.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Washing pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
  • Cleaning kitchen areas and maintaining hygiene standards
  • Assisting with basic food preparation when required
  • Ensuring health & safety and food hygiene standards are followed at all times
  • Supporting both kitchens during busy service periods
