Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Cafe Supervisor to lead our vibrant café team. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of food safety and quality. Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily cafe operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to company standards
  • Lead and motivate team members in food preparation, serving, and cleaning duties to deliver outstanding guest experiences
  • Oversee food safety protocols, ensuring compliance with health regulations and proper food handling procedures
  • Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and coordinate food production to meet customer demand efficiently
  • Provide training and mentorship to team members on culinary techniques, customer service, and safety practices
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and foster a positive atmosphere for guests and staff alike
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and service areas to uphold hygiene standards

Requirements

  • Proven supervising or team management experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food safety practices
  • Hands-on experience with food production, kitchen operations, or culinary arts
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team
  • Knowledge of hospitality standards, including serving techniques and customer engagement
  • Previous experience in hotel or restaurant environments is highly desirable
  • Barista experience is a plus for creating specialty beverages and enhancing guest service
