Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our hospitality establishment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring exceptional service, maintaining food safety standards, and supporting the smooth running of our clubhouse services. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for customer service and team leadership to contribute to a high-quality guest experience.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen and service staff to ensure efficient operation.
  • Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet quality standards.
  • Manage food safety procedures in compliance with health regulations.
  • Assist in food production and ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Support team management by training new staff and providing ongoing coaching.
  • Ensure excellent customer service by supervising serving staff and addressing guest needs promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control.
  • Uphold hospitality standards across all areas of food and beverage service.
