Job Summary

We operate a busy gastro venue that is in the spotlight right now, for all the right reasons.

Our building is constantly evolving with entertainment , events and menus so the candidate needs to be able to contribute to ideas and enjoy a very dynamic environment

We operate lunch, dinner, weddings and events and we want someone to join our passionate team in delivering further.

We want someone who can join an established team who need support and help lead service, including training waiting team and deliver for our guests in support of our great menus.

Leading shifts, leading service and bringing energy and delivery to our building.

Duties

  • Supervise daily restaurant, dining rooms and patio, ensuring smooth and efficient service throughout each shift
  • Lead and motivate a diverse team of waiting staff, chefs, and bartenders to deliver outstanding service
  • Help shape service and delivery of that service, with a focus on the dining rooms in winter months.
  • help shape standards within the team in both service and health and safety
  • Train new team members on service procedures, food handling, safety practices, and hospitality standards
  • Be a great host to our dining experience as we move to indoor events

Requirements

  • Experience in service and leading teams
  • Health and safety within food environment
  • Experience in high volume venues, including hotels and restaurants
  • Bring energy to people, both guests and team
  • Familiarity with kitchen operations, including food presentation and quality control
  • Ability to speak to anyone and energise them

Pay: £17.00 per hour
