Junior Customer Support Specialist
Job details
Full job description
Junior Customer Support Specialist
Do you enjoy helping people and delivering great service? Do you have experience in hospitality, travel, reservations or another customer-facing environment and are you ready for a new step in your career?
As a Junior Customer Support Specialist at ParcVu powered by Booking Experts, you'll combine your understanding of customers with our hospitality software. You don't need a technical background.
What matters most is that you genuinely enjoy helping people, understand great service, and are comfortable learning digital tools.
About Booking Experts
At Booking Experts, we're transforming the way hospitality businesses operate. Our all-in-one software platform helps holiday parks, campsites and accommodation providers manage reservations, automate processes and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
We work with hospitality businesses across Europe and continue to grow rapidly. Our mission is simple: to help hospitality entrepreneurs spend less time on administration and more time focusing on their guests.
As part of our team, you'll join a fast-growing SaaS company where innovation, ownership and customer success are at the heart of everything we do.
About the role
As a Junior Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the first friendly voice for our customers. You'll help users get the most from Booking Experts by answering questions, resolving issues and providing practical advice on how to use our platform effectively.
When you join our Customer Success team, you'll receive extensive training, guidance from an experienced buddy who takes you underneath their wing. You'll also get access to our Learning Management System (LMS) to keep all your knowledge up to date. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build your technical knowledge, develop customer-facing skills and grow your career within a leading hospitality software company.
Along the way, you'll work closely with colleagues across Product, Development, Sales and Marketing, helping ensure that customer feedback is heard and acted upon.
What you'll be doing
-
Supporting customers via chat, email and phone.
-
Look into customer questions and finding effective solutions.
-
Advising users on how to get the most value from the Booking Experts platform.
-
Delivering customer training sessions, webinars and knowledge-sharing activities.
-
Creating and improving educational content and support materials.
-
Collaborating with Product and Development teams when required, sharing technical issues.
-
Gathering customer feedback and sharing insights with internal teams.
-
Keeping customer records and support documentation up to date.
-
Contributing to the continuous improvement of our support processes and customer experience.
About you
We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people and understands what great customer service looks like.
Maybe you currently work at a holiday park, hotel, campsite, travel company or in another customer-facing environment. Perhaps you're working in reception, reservations, guest services or customer service and are looking for a new direction where you can use that experience in a growing software company.
This is a people-first role, not a technical IT role.
We are specifically looking for someone whose strength lies in communication, empathy, and customer service.
You'll likely have:
-
Experience in hospitality, travel, reservations, customer service or another customer-facing environment;
-
Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help customers;
-
The ability to listen carefully, ask the right questions and understand what someone really needs;
-
Confidence using digital systems and an eagerness to learn new software;
-
A practical and solution-oriented mindset;
-
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn;
-
The ability to stay organised and manage different customer questions at the same time;
-
The confidence to collaborate with colleagues across different teams.
Experience with reservation systems, property management systems (PMS) or booking platforms is a bonus, but certainly not required.
What you'll bring
You're positive, curious and motivated to learn. You enjoy helping people, take ownership of your work and aren't afraid to ask questions when faced with something new.
You communicate clearly, work well as part of a team and enjoy solving problems. Most importantly, you're someone who wants to develop professionally while making a real impact for our customers.
What we offer
-
A competitive salary based on your experience
-
Annual salary reviews
-
Hybrid working opportunities
-
25 days of annual leave + 8 Bank Holidays
-
A structured onboarding programme with a dedicated buddy
-
Clear opportunities to grow your career within Booking Experts
-
The opportunity to make a real impact in a growing international SaaS company
-
Access to our Learning Management System (LMS), internal training and ongoing development opportunities

Submit your application and tell us a bit about yourself.

We'll review your application and get back to you within five working days.

Meet the team and learn more about Booking Experts and the role.
Second Interview
A deeper conversation about your experience, skills and approach to customer support.

If it's a great match on both sides, we'll be delighted to welcome you to Booking Experts!
