Full job description

The Manor House Country Hotel is a four-star 80-bedroom hotel situated on the banks of Lough Erne in Co. Fermanagh. A family run business for over 30 years, we pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional experience to the valued customers who choose to make special memories at the hotel.

We are looking for a Hotel Receptionist , to ensure that the Front of House runs effectively on a continuous basis and that the 4* standards are constantly met. Applicants must be flexible to work a variety of shifts across the 7 day week and have excellent English and be IT literate.

Essential Criteria:

5 GCSEs at C or above, to include Maths and English, Personable Attitude, Enthusiastic and Organised Person, ability to multitask, Flexible approach to work, Excellent communication skills, Good standard of literacy and computer skills

Desirable Criteria:

Previous Hotel/Reception Experience, although training will be given, Experience in customer facing role

Cash handling experience
