Housekeeper – Own Car Required

£14–£16 per hour | 10–20 hours per week | Bristol

Fridays & Sundays Mandatory | Additional Saturday & Monday Work Available

We are looking for reliable and professional Housekeepers to join our growing housekeeping team in Bristol.

This is a mobile housekeeping role working across Airbnb and serviced accommodation properties, so having your own reliable car is essential.

You must also be available to work every Friday and Sunday. Additional work is regularly available on Saturdays and Mondays for those who would like extra hours.

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must:

  • Have your own reliable car
  • Hold a valid driving licence
  • Be available to work every Friday and Sunday
  • Be able to travel between multiple properties during your shift
  • Collect clean linen from our Bristol storage location before shifts
  • Return used linen after completing your work
  • Be able to transport cleaning equipment and supplies between properties
  • Be reliable, responsible and able to work independently
  • Have good communication skills and excellent attention to detail

About the Role

As a Housekeeper, you will travel between properties across Bristol, preparing them for arriving guests and ensuring they are clean, organised and presented to a high standard.

We are looking for people who are dependable, thorough and take genuine pride in their work. Attention to detail is particularly important — the small things matter when preparing a property for a guest.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cleaning and preparing Airbnb and serviced accommodation properties
  • Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas to a high standard
  • Changing beds and preparing fresh linen
  • Collecting clean linen and returning used linen to our storage location
  • Replenishing guest supplies and household essentials
  • Organising cupboards, linen storage and property areas
  • Completing final checks before guest arrival
  • Reporting maintenance issues, damage or missing items to the office team
  • Replacing simple items such as light bulbs or batteries when required
  • Occasional light outdoor tidying
  • Collecting or delivering laundry and supplies when required
  • Following company cleaning checklists and property standards

Experience

Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, hotels, hospitality, Airbnb or serviced accommodation is preferred, but not essential.

We are also happy to consider applicants without professional housekeeping experience who can demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail.

Pay & Hours

  • £14–£16 per hour, depending on experience and the day worked
  • Approximately 10–20 hours per week
  • Friday and Sunday availability is essential
  • Additional Saturday and Monday shifts are regularly available
  • Cleaning equipment and supplies are provided
