Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Hotel General Manager to lead our hospitality team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and uphold the highest standards of service and quality. Your leadership will drive the success of the hotel by fostering a welcoming environment, optimizing operational efficiency, and maintaining excellent guest relations. Duties

  • Lead and coordinate all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance teams
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and service quality
  • Manage staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations to ensure a motivated and professional team
  • Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and cost control measures to maximize profitability
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations across all departments
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly to ensure memorable experiences

Experience

  • Proven experience in hotel management only
  • Strong understanding of hotel operations, guest services, and hospitality standards
  • Multilingual or bilingual skills are desirable to effectively communicate with diverse guests and staff
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and implement operational improvements
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
