About Us

The Role
We’re looking for a Night Receptionist to keep things running smoothly while the rest of the world sleeps. You’ll be the go-to person overnight - welcoming late check-ins, helping guests with anything they need, and making sure the place stays safe and secure.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Running the show overnight - main point of contact for guests and staff.
  • Checking in night owls and sorting early departures with a smile.
  • Doing security rounds and making sure guests are comfy and safe.
  • Handling guest requests and issues with calm confidence.
  • Taking care of night audits, admin, and end-of-day tasks.
  • Pitching in with room service, locking up the bar, or light housekeeping if needed.
  • Keeping an eye on health, safety, and fire protocols.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a similar role (Night Manager, Duty Manager, etc.)
  • Someone who stays cool under pressure and works well solo
  • Great communicator with a naturally helpful vibe
  • Familiar with hotel systems (Guestline Rezlynx knowledge is a big plus)
  • Detail-focused and organised, especially when it comes to admin
  • A hands-on, proactive approach to getting things done
