Property Viewing & Marketing Agent (Field-Based, Own Car) – £24,000 + Commission

• Monday to Thursday: 12:00 pm – 7:00 pm
• Friday: 11:00 am – 2:00 pm
• Saturday: Off
• Sunday: 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm

I&F Estates is a growing lettings agency specialising in rooms within shared houses and self-contained flats across London and the surrounding counties.

We are looking for a motivated, reliable and confident Property Viewing & Marketing Agent to join our team.

This is a predominantly field-based role, ideal for someone who enjoys being out on the road, meeting people and working independently.

Your main responsibilities will include conducting property viewings, taking high-quality property photographs, creating and uploading advertisements to property portals, and helping secure successful lets.

We operate across Waltham Cross, Cheshunt, Waltham Abbey, Hoddesdon, Watford, Potters Bar, Egham, Staines, Windsor, Billericay, Chelmsford, Aldershot and South London.

Key Responsibilities

Property Viewings

• Conduct viewings of rooms and flats with prospective tenants.
• Meet applicants at properties and show them around professionally.
• Answer questions and encourage interested applicants to proceed with an application.
• Provide feedback to the office following each viewing.
• Collect, manage and return property keys when required.
• Ensure properties are secure after each visit.
• Report maintenance issues or concerns identified during visits.

Property Photography & Advertising

• Visit properties to take clear, bright and professional marketing photographs.
• Ensure properties are presented to a good standard before photographing them.
• Create and upload property advertisements to Rightmove, Zoopla, SpareRoom and other advertising platforms.
• Write clear, accurate and appealing property descriptions.
• Update existing advertisements, photographs and property information when required.
• Ensure new properties are advertised promptly and professionally.
• Work closely with the office team to maximise enquiries and successful lets.

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence and own car – essential.
• Willingness to travel regularly across London and surrounding counties.
• Reliable, punctual and able to manage your own working day.
• Confident, presentable and professional when meeting prospective tenants.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable using a smartphone, taking property photographs and uploading advertisements online.
• Good written English and attention to detail.
• Organised, proactive and able to work independently.
• Available to work the advertised hours, including evenings and Sundays.
• Previous lettings or estate agency experience is an advantage but not essential.

Working Arrangements

This is not a traditional desk-based estate agency position.

You will spend most of your time travelling between properties, conducting viewings, taking marketing photographs and managing property advertisements.

Our office team handles enquiries, booking appointments, referencing and tenancy administration, allowing you to focus on property marketing, viewings and securing lets.

The role requires someone who is comfortable working independently, managing their time effectively and travelling between properties throughout the working day.
