This role is for someone who’s not just behind the camera, but behind the vision.

Who You Are

You're a visual storyteller with a modern eye and a finger on the pulse of today’s digital trends. You understand how to capture emotion, build intrigue, and make people stop scrolling. You're comfortable managing content for both a company brand and a personal brand (real estate agent) and know how to position both for maximum reach and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Property Videography & Photography
  • Shoot and edit high-quality listing photos and cinematic property videos.
  • Use drone, gimbal, or FPV (if applicable) for dynamic, modern content.
  • Create short-form vertical content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts).
  • Social Media Management
  • Develop and implement content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Schedule, post, and engage with followers to boost visibility.
  • Stay on top of current algorithm shifts and trending formats.
  • Personal & Company Branding
  • Work directly with the lead agent to create engaging personal brand content (behind-the-scenes, client stories, agent life).
  • Help craft a cohesive, premium aesthetic for both the company and agent profiles.
  • Capture events, meetings, or lifestyle content to humanize the brand.
  • Creative Direction
  • Bring concepts to the table—don’t just wait for instruction.
  • Lead visual strategy for launches, campaigns, and property features.
  • Understand storytelling from a “director’s” perspective and shape the narrative for target audiences.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in real estate videography/photography, or similar industries (architecture, interiors, lifestyle).
  • Strong editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar).
  • Experience with social media management tools (Later, Hootsuite, or native platforms).
  • Familiarity with branding, personal PR, and digital storytelling.
  • Up-to-date with content trends on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Reliable, communicative, and able to work under tight deadlines.
  • Bonus if you bring graphic design, motion graphics, or copywriting skills.
