I am urgently looking for 2 reliable physically fit and strong individuals who can lift heavy items to join my team. This role is vital in ensuring our clients belongings are transported safely and efficiently, reflecting our company's commitment to excellence. The position is based in Leicester.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload items, including heavy or bulky objects, with care.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Can dismantle and re-assemble used furniture
• Loading and unloading all types of furniture and goods carefully, and delivering without damage.
• Must be well presented and have a positive attitude.
• Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy and delicate furniture with care, sometimes up or down many flights of steps.
• Handyman skills.
• Good temperament.

Experience:

• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members.
• Experience handling household good or working in a removals environment is beneficial but not essential. This role requires a dedicated individual capable of physical labour, and excellent communication abilities to ensure smooth operations during house removals.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude.

Job Type: Freelance

Pay: £14.00 per hour

• How much experience do you have dismantling/assembling used furniture such as beds,wardrobes?
• I understand this is role that involved heavy lifting, and I will only apply if i can lift heavy stuff and I am fit.
• on a scale to 1 - 10, how physically fit would you say you are?

• You will be assisting loading and offloading, it would be heavy such as heavy sofa, big fridges, gym equipment. Is that okay?
• I understand this is a on a self employed basis and as on when needed. Some week may have 7 days of work, some week may have 2 a week.

Experience:

• House moving lifting: 2 years (preferred)
• Removals / Lifting: 2 years (required)
