Full job description

We are currently looking for a 25hr Domestic Assistant to work as part of our team within our luxurious residential care home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment within the home.
  • Cleaning residents’ bedrooms, communal areas, bathrooms.
  • Conducting deep cleans as scheduled and required
  • Assisting the kitchen team when necessary, including washing dishes, loading/unloading dishwashers, cleaning kitchen areas, and storing food supplies
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene policies at all times
  • Helping to create a tidy, comfortable and welcoming environment for all
  • Previous cleaning experience in a large setting preferred, Knowledge of COSHH - desirable.
  • Knowledge in stock control and rotation.
  • A friendly and positive attitude.
  • Flexible to the needs of the home
  • Working on a rota basis
