Job title: Housing Officer (Dispersed Accommodation)

Department: Operations

Reporting to: Operations Team Leader

Location: Bristol

Contract type: Permanent

Hours of work: 40 hours p/w - Mon - Friday, 8am - 4.30pm and 12.30pm - 9pm on a shift pattern

Salary: £32,000.00 - £35,000.00 per annum

Clearsprings Ready Homes (CRH) is seeking an experienced Housing Officer.

As a Housing Officer at Clearsprings Ready Homes (CRH), you will support Service Users (SUs) in their own home, conducting regular inspections and welfare visits, whilst keeping records and systems up to date.

You will join an established Dispersed Accommodation (DA) team, managing your own DA caseload, adhering to company procedures and working towards agreed Key Performance Objectives.

The ideal candidate will be local to the area, have previous experience in a similar role involving people management and, be able to hit the ground running, however, training will be provided.

The role involves daily travel with occasional home working. The working area will be agreed within the region.

The successful candidate will be required to complete pre-employment checks before employment commences.

Candidates must have a full UK Driving License and access to their own vehicle.

All successful applicants will be required to undertake a satisfactory DBS check in line with their job role.

This role is not open to applications from those who will require sponsorship under the points-based system. Should you apply for this role and be found to require sponsorship, your application will be rejected, and any provisional offer withdrawn.
