Job Introduction

Are you an experienced multiskilled tradesperson looking for your next role—somewhere you can make a real difference in people’s lives? If so, you’re in the right place! We’re on the lookout for a Multiskilled Joiner to join our Repairs team.

Where will you be working?

Your main patch will be Leeds, though you may occasionally travel across Yorkshire.

What’s in it for you?

  • £33,814.22 per year based on a 37.5‑hour week, plus opportunities for overtime and call-out pay
  • 26 days annual leave (rising each year to 31), plus Bank Holidays, and the option to buy or sell leave
  • A fantastic pension scheme—we’ll match your contributions up to 9%
  • A company van and fuel card (for work use only), so you’ll need a valid driving licence
  • Latest power tools provided, with the expectation that you’ll bring your own hand tools
  • Access to our health cash plan to claim back costs for medical appointments, prescriptions and more
  • Thousands of retail discounts through Perkbox

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running—confident across a range of trade skills and experienced in repairs and maintenance. Experience within social housing is a bonus but not essential; what matters most is the skillset and positive attitude you bring to the team.

We’re committed to building an inclusive workforce that reflects the diverse communities we serve, and we welcome applications from all backgrounds.

The fine print

  • Closing date: 26/07/2026 (We’ll be reviewing applications as they come in, so don’t wait - and keep your phone handy!)
  • You must hold a full UK driving licence
  • A basic DBS check will be required if you’re successful
