This role would suit someone who enjoys being out and about, can work independently, isn't afraid of difficult conversations and takes pride in maintaining high standards.

Whilst housing experience is beneficial, we're equally interested in candidates with strong transferable skills, a willingness to learn and the right attitude.

  • Complete weekly fire safety checks.
  • Visit residents and manage day-to-day tenancy matters.
  • Monitor compliance with occupancy agreements and house rules.
  • Identify, raise and follow up repairs.
  • Support resident move-ins and move-outs.
  • Ensure properties remain safe, clean and compliant.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports and inspection logs.
  • Work closely with central support functions to resolve operational issues.
  • Take ownership of issues and follow them through to completion.

What We're Looking For

Essential

  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Access to your own vehicle.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Desirable Experience in any of the following:

  • Property Management

  • Can challenge poor behaviour professionally.
  • Enjoys solving problems.
  • Follows processes accurately.
  • Is comfortable holding people accountable.
  • Doesn't wait to be chased.
  • Takes ownership of their work.
  • Can build rapport whilst maintaining professional boundaries.

This Role Is Probably Not For You If:

  • You prefer being office-based.
  • You avoid difficult conversations.
  • You struggle with organisation or follow-through.
  • You require close supervision to stay on track.
  • You are uncomfortable enforcing standards when necessary.

What We Offer

  • Training and development
  • Real opportunity to progress into a full-time position
  • Exposure to property, housing and operational management
