About us

We're hiring a Campaign Manager to own briefs end-to-end: strategy, creator briefing, scripting, and delivery. This is a hands-on role for someone who can turn a brand's goal into content that performs.

What you'll do

  • Own UGC campaigns from brief to delivery
  • Develop creative strategy and concepts for brand clients
  • Write and refine scripts and hooks for short-form video
  • Brief and manage creators, keeping quality and timelines tight
  • Be the point of contact that keeps clients confident
  • Occasional in-person workshops and client meetings in London — must be able to attend.

You're a fit if you have

  • Hands-on UGC or short-form video experience (TikTok / Reels / Shorts)
  • A track record of scripting content that converts, not just looks good
  • Experience managing creators or talent
  • Sharp project management — you don't drop balls
  • Self-starter energy; comfortable in a fast-moving remote team
  • Based within reach of London, or able to travel there occasionally for workshops and client meetings
