Job Description:
Rhythmic Care has a long history of engaged, productive employees, and we’re looking for a Human Resources (HR) Manager to continue that positive tradition.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in HR, including HR policies and procedures, recruitment, compliance, employee relations and CQC workforce requirements. The bulk of the role will involve employee orientations; due diligence administration, effective recruitment implementation, co-ordination of Disciplinary and Grievance Employee matters and Conflict Resolution, but there is great opportunity for developing and refining systems. We are eager to find an HR manager who easily connects with people and has a detail-oriented mindset to handle the challenging nature of the workforce, while implementing effective compliance.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
· Examining and reporting on company and departmental structures, chains of command, information flows, etc. and evaluating efficiency of existing operations.
· Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
· Managing the recruitment and selection process.
· Determining staffing needs; To oversees the preparation of job descriptions, drafts advertisements and interviews candidates.
· Overseeing recruitment, working with the Recruitment Coordinators to prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs (with the Training Manager) and tracking progress.
· Designing and implementing company HR policies and procedures that promote a healthy work environment.
· Developing compensation and benefits plans.
· Overseeing, refining, and executing employee standards and procedures, using and improving HR’s existing and recommended systems and processes.
· Overseeing the monitoring of employee performance and career development needs.
· Providing or arranging for provision of training courses.
· Ensuring legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR, regulatory and Government requirements when conducting investigations, and maintaining records.
· Undertaking industrial relations negotiations with employees’ representatives or trades unions.
· Identifying and recommending areas of improvement to internal standard operating procedures, including team restructuring and issues that may affect moral
· Developing and administering salary, health and safety and promotion policies.
Requirements: Skills and Qualifications, Preferred and Subject to Negotiation
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources or any other equivalent degree in Human resource.
· 3+ years in human resources or recruitment.
· Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset.
· Adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution.
· Extensive knowledge of HR policies, procedures and systems.
· Familiarity with HR software and working knowledge of MS Office.
· Proven work experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role.
· Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems and HR).
· Solid understanding of Employment Laws and relevant sector regulations.
· Excellent communication abilities.
· Leadership skills.
· Ability to foster healthy employee relations.
· Strong computer literacy.
· Someone who is highly organised with good administrative skills.
· Negotiation and influencing skills.
· Personal credibility: someone that others will trust with sensitive data and information.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities, subject to forward Planning / Management Review:
· Support Departments in the development and delivery of strategic HR plans to fit with the overall business direction, strategy for Rhythmic Care.
· Plan, monitor, and appraise HR activities by scheduling management briefings with employees, hearing and resolving employee grievances.
· Working with the Training Manager to provide learning and development for managers to implement supportive coaching/counselling of employees and supervisors and implementing performance management, when required.
· Champion the onboarding process, ensuring the process is up to date and of high quality, providing clarity and connection for all employees and their role in relation to the overall vision.
· Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
· Build strong relationships with external suppliers, fostering trust and promoting collaboration.
· Handle confidential matters with discretion.
· Support, appraise and set objectives for the HR team and track progress, using suitable database management.
· Design and implement company policies and procedures that promote a healthy work environment.
· Support and suggest, implement improvements to the entire recruitment process.
· Recruit by ensuring all statutory and safer recruitment checks.
· Manage the On-Boarding process for new hires (both of international and national).
· Discuss employees’ career development paths with managers.
· Host in-house recruitment events in conjunction with Senior Management Team.
· Considers alternative work procedures to improve productivity.
· Monitor HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates and cost-per-hire); Present this data.
· Organize learning and development programs with Senior Management Team.
· Ensure HR staff addresses employees’ requests and grievances in a timely manner.
· Maintain HR policies and procedures that comply with Employment Laws current, UK.
· Maintain and manage all skills workers following the guidance for sponsors.
· Stays abreast of relevant legislation, considers its impact on the organisations HR strategy, and recommends appropriate action.
