Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate, dynamic & reliable Chef to join our culinary team and deliver exceptional customer experience. As a Chef, you will be at the heart of our kitchen, carry out, food preparation, cooking, and presentation with creativity and precision. You will uphold the highest standards of food quality, safety, and hospitality. Duties

  • All aspects of food production, ensuring dishes meet quality standards and presentation expectations
  • To be part of kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment

  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation standards throughout the kitchen

  • Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless serving and excellent guest satisfaction
  • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and control food costs effectively

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a professional kitchen setting, preferably within a cafe, restaurant or hospitality environment
  • Extensive kitchen experience with a focus on food safety and sanitation practices
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and front-of-house staff
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, serving standards, and hospitality principles
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
