Hunters' client, a highly respected and growing Chartered Wealth Management firm, is looking for a Client Services Executive to join their friendly and professional team in Haywards Heath.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced financial services administrator looking to build a long-term career within wealth management. Working alongside Financial Advisers, Paraplanners, and the wider Client Services team, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the business.

Client Services Executive - The Role
  • Support Financial Advisers with client administration, new business, and ongoing servicing
  • Prepare client meeting packs, valuations, reports, and correspondence
  • Manage client records, provider communications, and CRM updates
  • Process new business applications, fund switches, and policy servicing through to completion
  • Deliver a professional, efficient, and first-class experience for clients and providers
Client Services Executive - The Fit
  • Previous administration experience within Financial Planning, Wealth Management, or an IFA practice
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills with a professional and client-focused approach
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Ambitious with a desire to develop a long-term career within financial services
