Overview
We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Hypnotherapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of hypnotherapy techniques and be dedicated to helping clients achieve their personal goals through tailored care plans. This role requires strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and a proficiency in IT to manage client records and appointments effectively.
Duties
- Conduct individual hypnotherapy sessions to assist clients in overcoming various challenges such as anxiety, stress, and phobias.
- Develop personalised care plans based on client assessments and therapeutic goals.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records using appropriate IT systems.
- Provide ongoing support and follow-up sessions to monitor client progress.
- Collaborate with other health professionals when necessary to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in hypnotherapy practices and techniques.
Requirements
- Relevant qualifications in hypnotherapy or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing effective care plans for clients.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire confidence in clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in IT systems for managing client information and scheduling appointments.
