Duties

• Conduct individual hypnotherapy sessions to assist clients in overcoming various challenges such as anxiety, stress, and phobias.
• Develop personalised care plans based on client assessments and therapeutic goals.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records using appropriate IT systems.
• Provide ongoing support and follow-up sessions to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with other health professionals when necessary to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in hypnotherapy practices and techniques.

Requirements

• Relevant qualifications in hypnotherapy or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing effective care plans for clients.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire confidence in clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
• Proficiency in IT systems for managing client information and scheduling appointments.

Pay: £22,880.00-£64,200.00 per year
