Job Summary
We are seeking an Accredited Therapist/Counsellor to work collaboratively within our service. We are a small dedicated team with a mixture of expertise ranging from various Psychotherapy modalities, Reiki, EMDR, CBT, Hypnotherapy and Nutrition. We work closely & carefully with each other to offer bespoke & unique plans to support our clients in the best possible way.

The successful candidate will utilise their expertise, in their particular therapeutic field, to support clients in achieving their personal goals, overcoming challenges, and enhancing their overall well-being. This role requires a dynamic & compassionate individual with strong communication skills and the ability to develop tailored care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

Duties

• Good communication skills to work alongside other therapists to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
• Ability to work flexibly within treatment plans
• Establish rapport with clients allocated to you.
• Develop and implement personalised sessions based on individual goals.
• Utilise various techniques to facilitate positive change in clients.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment outcomes.
• Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in therapeutic practices.

Requirements

• Accredited qualification in psychotherapy from a recognised institution.
• Proven experience in delivering effective therapy sessions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients.
• Ability to create detailed care plans tailored to individual client requirements.
• A compassionate approach with a strong desire to help others achieve their goals.
• A varied set of therapeutic modalities & skills.
