Principal Consultant Manager – Technology-InfoSec/Infrastructure/Change

OTE £150,000

The Opportunity

La Fosse is looking to hire an experienced Principal Consultant or Team lead to help us scale our regional technology practice. You will be joining an existing and established team of 3 billing Consultants that are working across various Cyber/InfoSec roles in the Midlands, South West and North West of England. You will have full autonomy to go after clients outside of the M25 in both permanent and contract markets.

How do you know you are right for this job?
  • 3-5 years’ experience working in a technology recruitment market. Cyber/Infosec knowledge will be a huge bonus.
  • Strong experience in a hands-on management position. Proven track record of managing trainees and high performers.
  • Will have managed a minimum of a team of 3 consultants.
  • Background in winning new business and fostering strong relationships to enable repeat business and spend. Knowledge of working with a large customer/client base and maintaining this.
  • Experience in cross collaboration with team and across different service lines.
  • Consistent billings within an agency environment.
  • Ambitious, driven and looking for that next step in your recruitment career where you can really drive a team/division.
