A new opportunity now exists for a part-time receptionist in Earlsfield, SW18 London. It's a rewarding job in complimentary health clinic established 17 years ago. The main role would be dealing with clients and general administrative support.

Key tasks for this receptionist role:

- Greeting clients

- Build up a good relationship and trust with clients

- Selling Salt Therapy treatment packages

- Answer phone calls, client enquires via email, posting Facebook ads

- General administrative tasks, including scanning and filing incoming mail, diary keeping, booking in clients, taking card payments

- Introduce the therapy to new clients

- Clean/Set up treatment rooms for clients

- Opening/closing office prior to arrival of clients

What we expect:

- Reception experience

- Natural therapy experience is an advantage (massage therapy, reflexology, physiotherapy, meditation, hypnotherapy, etc)

- Professional speaking manner and excellent personal presentation

- Willing to cover for a colleague if necessary

Required experience: receptionist: minimum 1 year

Part time: 20-25h per week (Must be able to work some weekends and 1-2 weekdays)

Salary: £15 per hour (£13.4/hr + £1.6/hr holiday pay)

Bonus:

• Daily Bonus (£45/day if sales target reached)
• Bonus after Subscription packages sold: £25-£75/package
• Monthly Bonus: £100 for the highest seller of the month
