Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner - Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and needs - Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized front end area, including checkout lanes and displays - Follow food safety guidelines when handling and preparing food items - Assist with food preparation and beverage service as needed - Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions using a POS system - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Skills: - Previous experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or customer service role is preferred - Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is a plus - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members - Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in cash handling and order processing - Ability to work well as part of a team Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Summary

As Front of House Staff, you will be essential in delivering outstanding hospitality and customer service to our guests. Reporting to the Front of House Manager, your role involves serving food and beverages, ensuring food safety standards, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Your core skills in serving and communication will enhance the dining experience, while your premium skills in catering will support special events. Relevant experience in food preparation and barista duties will further contribute to our team's success in providing exceptional service in a vibrant restaurant setting.

Pay: £13.00 per hour
