Are you a passionate and experienced hospitality professional ready for your next challenge? The Dorbiere Pub Group is looking for a motivated Pub Manager to take the lead at The Pendle Inn — a destination food venue at the foot of the iconic Pendle Hill.
About Us

Dorbiere Pub Group operates over 40 pubs across the Northeast, Northwest, and Midlands. We’re proud to operate country inns, that offer great food, great drink, and a real sense of local pride and welcoming, community-focused pubs. The Pendle Inn is a new acquisition — renowned for its stunning surroundings, character, and legendary history.

The Role
As Pub Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the Pendle Inn and six on-site guest chalets. This is a hands-on leadership role covering all areas of the business from delivering a top-tier food and drink offering, to managing kitchen operations, stock control, and providing excellent accommodation service.
This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity for someone with a passion for food-led pubs, cask ales, and exceptional hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations of the pub and on-site chalets
  • Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and hygiene standards
  • Deliver high standards of food service and cellar management
  • Manage stock control, ordering, and cost efficiency
  • Provide outstanding guest experiences across all areas
  • Recruit, train, and motivate your team
  • Manage accommodation bookings and guest services
