Store Manager Wanted – Wingers, Northwich

We’re looking for a driven, hands-on Store Manager to lead our Wingers restaurant at Northwich.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious operator who thrives in a fast-paced QSR environment and

knows how to build strong teams, deliver results, and create great guest experiences.

The Role

As Store Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the restaurant.

Your focus will include:

  • Leading and developing your team
  • Driving sales and controlling costs
  • Delivering excellent guest service
  • Managing rotas, labour, and productivity
  • Maintaining food safety, health & safety, and brand standards
  • Coaching team members to grow performance
  • Creating a positive, high-energy culture in store

This is a hands-on leadership role. You will lead from the front.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous management experience in QSR, hospitality, retail, or food service
  • Strong people leadership and coaching skills
  • Commercial awareness with a focus on sales and profit
  • High standards and attention to detail
  • Calm under pressure in a busy trading environment
  • Positive attitude with real ownership mentality
  • Must be able to travel to site

Hours

  • Store opening hours: 11:00am – 11:00pm, Monday to Sunday
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and peak trading periods
