Assistant General Manager - Bham city centre sites

Medicine is a fast growing brand yet we retain the core values of being an independent business . We are passionate artisan bakers, who love to create fresh innovative dishes in unique spaces.

We are a close knit bunch who know how to work hard! We are looking for the right person to fit right in and join our dedicated team and continue this success.

To apply for this position you need a positive and warm hospitality skills. At least three years leadership/management experience and relevant certificates are required. References from previous employers will also be needed.

Listed below is a sample of the role requirements:

  • Support your team through service - setting an example, training and motivating.
  • Look after all customers - generating great reviews and handling complaints effectively.
  • Be the GM’s right hand person - allow them to focus on aspects of their role with the confidence that you can deliver an excellent service in the restaurant.
  • You should have previous hospitality experience and experience managing fast service and a large team.
  • You will need to be a problem solver and proactive- initiative is essential!
  • 45 hours a week- including weekends.
