About the opportunity

This is an opportunity to register your interest in IT Security Consultant roles within our growing cyber security practice. What you would do

Typical responsibilities could include:

  • Conducting security assessments, penetration testing and vulnerability analysis
  • Designing and recommending security solutions tailored to client and organisational needs
  • Implementing security controls and best practices across systems and networks
  • Advising stakeholders on security strategy, risk mitigation and compliance requirements
  • Collaborating with IT teams, management and third parties to strengthen security posture
  • Staying current with emerging threats, vulnerabilities and security technologies
  • Documenting findings, recommendations and implementation progress for stakeholders

What you could bring

Most roles of this type require the following:

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in cyber security, IT security or related roles
  • Strong knowledge of security frameworks, standards and compliance (NIST, ISO 27001, etc.)
  • Practical experience with security tools, penetration testing and vulnerability assessment
  • Solid understanding of network security, endpoint security and identity management
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security or a related discipline
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
  • Relevant certifications such as CEH, OSCP, CISSP, Security+ or equivalent are advantageous
