Ofsted comments

“Children are supported by the staff to develop meaningful and secure relationships with the adults who are caring for them... In addition, the staff have a good understanding of the children’s individual communication needs, and they respect and consistently support these. This approach ensures that all the children in the home have a voice... The children receive care from staff who have a good understanding of the children’s individual needs and vulnerabilities. The children’s bespoke care plans are detailed and are informed by a comprehensive therapeutic assessment process. This helps the staff to tailor their approach to caring for the children accordingly and assists the children in making good progress from their starting points”

All hiring managers at Hexagon Care Services are trained by safer recruitment consortium accredited trainers, and all positions in regulated activity with children will be required to undergo safer recruitment and onboarding checks prior to commencement.
