Joining the MSP arm of Tela, this role is suited to an IT technician who has previously worked within an MSP environment and would enjoy the varied aspect that this role brings, from support to pre sales to deployment.

Duties include:

  • Providing end user support remotely and on-site
  • Supporting the sales team in the recommendation of suitable products and services which will provide genuine benefit to our customers
  • Attending customer meetings alongside a new business manager / account manager and answering technical questions in regard to propositions put forward
  • Supporting in the creation of quotes
  • Providing technical support through the onboarding of a new customer product
  • Keeping customers regularly updated; keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages
  • Escalating service or project issues that cannot be completed within agreed service levels
  • Completing scheduled tickets in a timely manner
  • Updating customer documentation via our CRM

Person specification:

We are looking for an experienced technician who is working within an MSP environment, supporting o365 users. Please note, this role is not suitable to those currently in a 1st Line role. Previous experience where you have provided recommendations on technical solutions and builds directly to customers is essential.

The successful candidate will share our ethos of delivering exceptional customer care through every interaction, ensuring that our customers feel supported and that they are sold solutions which will genuinely add benefit to them and their business.

This is a hybrid role, with the successful candidate being based between our office, customer sites and home.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Basic salary £32,000 - £35,000 (dependent on experience)
