Our client is looking for motivated individuals to join their direct sales team in Leicester. Specialising in residential marketing campaigns, this subcontracted role is ideal for those who thrive in face-to-face environments and want control over their earning potential.

No previous experience is required, as full training is provided from day one.

Requirements

• Full-time availability of 5 full days per week, Monday to Friday.
• Strong spoken English and communication skills, with confidence speaking to customers face-to-face.
• A positive, professional and proactive attitude.
• Confidence working in face-to-face environments and approaching new customers.
• A reliable approach and willingness to attend the Leicester office for morning briefings before heading into the field.
• A genuine interest in learning, gaining practical sales experience and working within a performance-linked environment.

A Day in the Life

Your routine is designed to be active and engaging:

• Morning Briefing: Meet at the Leicester office each morning to participate in trainee skill development and client strategy sessions.
• Field Representation: Head to residential settings/environments to act as the face of household brands.
• Customer Service: Use your professional communication skills to build rapport and establish relationships with potential customers.
• Sales Admin: Take charge of your daily documentation, ensuring customer sign-ups are processed with accuracy on digital tablets.
• Acquisition: Guide new customers through the sign-up process, ensuring a high-quality initial experience.

Please Note: Successful candidates will be sub-contracted directly to our client in Leicester. Pay: £490.00-£625.00 per week
