Due to continued expansion, 23 Automotive is recruiting experienced Vehicle Collection & Delivery Drivers to join our growing nationwide team.

Drivers can be based anywhere in the UK – you do not need to live near our Corby headquarters.

About the Role

Every day you'll collect and deliver a variety of new and used vehicles across the UK for:

  • Main Dealer Groups
  • Fleet & Leasing Companies
  • Vehicle Auctions
  • Rental Companies
  • Corporate Businesses
  • Private Customers

You'll carry out professional vehicle handovers, complete accurate vehicle inspections and represent our company to the highest standards.

This is a role for drivers who enjoy being on the road, working independently and taking pride in delivering an excellent customer experience.

No two days are ever the same.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Collecting and delivering vehicles safely throughout the UK
  • Completing detailed vehicle condition reports using our bespoke App
  • Photo capture of damage on vehicles where required
  • Obtaining customer signatures and completing documentation
  • Providing outstanding customer service
  • Reporting any damage or defects accurately
  • Looking after customers' vehicles as if they were your own

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for drivers with a positive attitude and a professional approach.

You'll ideally have:

  • Previous Trade Plate or Vehicle Collection & Delivery experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A reliable and trustworthy work ethic
  • Confidence working independently
  • Flexibility with early morning starts
  • A calm and professional manner under pressure

Because customer vehicles may occasionally remain with you overnight, you'll also need secure off-road parking at your home.

Essential Requirements

✔ Full UK Driving Licence (minimum 3 years)

✔ At least 5 years' driving experience

✔ Maximum 6 active penalty points

✔ No DR, DD, CD, IN or TT99 endorsements within the last 5 years

✔ Secure off-road parking

✔ Right to work in the UK

Age specific due to Insurance cover
