Commercial Sales Executive – Parkway Volkswagen Leicester

A hugely rewarding role with realistic earning potential, excellent benefits, and a clear pathway to progress. Due to internal promotions and stock expansion, we have a fantastic opportunity to join our top-performing Sales Team at Parkway Volkswagen Leicester.

You’ll be responsible for selling new and used vehicles, delivering an outstanding customer experience from first enquiry to handover, building loyalty, repeat business and referrals.

We’re looking for an exceptional candidate with strong organisation skills who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Previous commission-based sales experience is preferred, but we’ll consider strong candidates from other industries.

Working pattern

This role requires flexibility and involves working most weekends.

The rota includes one weekday off every two weeks, every Sunday off, and Saturdays worked until 4:00pm. You will also receive one Saturday off every third week.

Typical weekday hours are 08:45am – 6:00pm.

  • A customer-first approach and the willingness to go the extra mile
  • Full UK driving licence (required)
