A community-focused, outstanding secondary school in Wandsworth, near Battersea Park, is looking for a dedicated and experienced Exams Officer to join them on a full-time basis. As an Exams Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the examination process within the school, ensuring that exams run smoothly and efficiently. You will also be responsible for managing exam entries, coordinating invigilation, overseeing the distribution and collection of exam papers, and ensuring that all exam regulations are followed.

As an Exams Officer, this is a challenging and rewarding role that requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

The school’s hours of this role are 8.30am - 4pm.

The ideal Exams Officer should:

• Previous experience working as an Exams Officer in a secondary school setting is essential.
• Strong knowledge of exam board requirements and regulations.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Relevant professional qualifications and certifications in exams administration.
• Knowledge of SIMS or other school management systems would be advantageous.
