Immigration Caseworker (Level 2 IAAS/Senior Caseworker)

Thompson & Co Solicitors are established since May 1997. We are providing public funded work for over 28 years. In recent peer review quality of our work is considered excellent.
We have an experienced team of Immigration barristers, solicitors, caseworkers, trainees and paralegals who deal with all aspects of Immigration Law. Our work includes both private and publicly funded work. We also have an exclusive contract to provide advice at detention centers which includes attending interviews and advice surgeries.

Our team has been involved in cases before the Supreme Court, House of Lords (when it existed), the Court of Appeal, the High Court and the Immigration Tribunals.

The potential candidate should have good academics and may be expected to attend advice surgeries at detention centers and to attend home office interviews. The candidate should be willing to continue to update themselves of the ever-changing law to provide our clients with the best service they deserve. Advocacy enthusiasts would be promoted to seek necessary skills.

The applicant MUST be accredited by the Law Society at the Senior Caseworker (Level 2).

Work Remotely

Possible on satisfactory probation period.
