£13.00 - £14.62 per hour

Due to continued growth, Proactive Development is recruiting Support Workers and Team Leaders to join our supported living services across Folkestone, Cheriton and Densole.

We are proud to be an Outstanding provider, rated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), supporting adults with learning disabilities to live fulfilling, independent lives.

What we offer

⭐ £13.00 - £14.62 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications and role.

⭐ 10% enhanced pay for all overtime worked.

⭐ Optional sleep-in shifts paid at £60 per night in addition to your salary.

⭐ Wake Night positions available (10:00pm - 8:00am).

⭐ Loyalty pay enhancements after 3, 5 and 10 years' service.

⭐ Excellent training and opportunities for career progression.

Shift Pattern

Our day support staff work a popular rolling rota of:

Support Workers & Team Leaders

✔ 2 x 8:00am - 10:00pm shifts
✔ Followed by 4 days off

Day Care Support Workers

✔ Mon-Friday 9-4/5 (service dependant)

Wake Night Support

✔ 3 x 10pm-8am

✔ Followed by 3 days off
