The role — what you’ll do

  • Lead your own section while supporting senior chefs in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen.
  • Maintain mise en place, specs and plating standards to deliver beautifully presented dishes at volume.
  • Coach commis and kitchen porters, setting the tone for teamwork and discipline.
  • Assist with ordering, stock rotation and waste control.
  • Uphold strict food safety, allergen, and cleaning protocols.

What you bring

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or a Junior Sous Chef/Senior Chef de Partie ready to step up, with Pan-Asian knowledge a bonus.
  • Confident cooking skills and attention to detail.
  • A calm, positive mindset under pressure and a desire to learn and mentor others.
