Full job description

Royalblue Inflight Catering are looking for a Specialised Pakistani Chef

It’s a great opportunity to work for a fast paced and dynamic airline food production company on a full time basis and with excellent pay rates.

Must be able to plan and control within limits imposed by the company, the preparing, cooking and assembly of food and ensure that high quality airline meals are produced on time and according to airline specifications and to ensure that HACCP systems are followed.

To maintain and control good housekeeping within the kitchen, including the chiller and freezer temperature records.

Inflight Catering experience preferred

Must be specialised in Pakistan cuisine and willing to learn Western dishes and presentation

Hours: Full Time. Required to suit operational demands and will include early, lates and sometimes nights.

  • Applicants are required to have right to work in the UK
  • Adhere to in-flight services security compliance.
  • Please note that due to nature of this role, full 5 years referencing is required prior to starting as well as a DBS check, so you must be able to provide last 5 years employment/education history.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £15.00-£17.00 per hour
