- Collaborate with catering teams for special events and banquet functions, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality dishes.
- Maintain detailed records of food costs, portion control, and waste management to optimize profitability.

Requirements
- Proven culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining environments.
- Demonstrated banquet experience and catering knowledge.
- Supervising or team management experience within a busy kitchen setting.
- Extensive knowledge of food production, food handling, and safety protocols.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams effectively.
- Experience in menu planning, inventory management, and kitchen operations management.
