Indian Chef – Premium Dining Restaurant
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £40,000 per annum
Sponsorship available for suitable UK-based candidates

Prime Workforce is recruiting an experienced Indian Chef for a premium dining restaurant in Birmingham.

We’re looking for a skilled chef with strong experience in Indian cuisine, ideally gained within a fine dining, luxury hotel or premium restaurant environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Prepare and deliver high-quality Indian dishes to a consistently high standard
  • Maintain excellent presentation, taste and portion control
  • Support the kitchen team during busy services
  • Maintain strong food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness standards
  • Assist with stock control, preparation and smooth day-to-day kitchen operations

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience as an Indian Chef in a quality restaurant or hotel
  • Strong knowledge of Indian cooking techniques, spices and flavours
  • Fine dining or premium restaurant experience preferred
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy professional kitchen
  • Candidates must currently be based in the UK

Package:

  • £40,000 per annum
  • Full-time permanent position
