  • Oversee inventory management and control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste through effective inventory control.
  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are consistently met across all kitchen areas.
  • Collaborate with catering teams for special events and banquet functions, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality dishes.
  • Maintain detailed records of food costs, portion control, and waste management to optimize profitability.

Requirements
