RAMEN SOUS CHEF

Salary from £17.20 to £18.60 per hour

We have a simple mission at Tonkotsu, to serve real ramen with heart and soul in every bowl! We want people to leave our restaurants happier than when they arrived, with satisfied hunger and warmth from the hospitality they’ve received. We began serving ramen in 2012 in Soho, London. We have few more restaurants now but are still committed to provide excellent ramen with our homemade noodles and served by our great people!

You will join a team that is passionate about delivering a great OMOTENASHI! What is that you ask?

Omotenashi is The Japanese Art of Hospitality, it is service without being servile. We anticipate our customer needs, it is service from the bottom of the heart.

As a Ramen Sous Chef at Tonkotsu you will lead the day-to-day operation of the kitchen alongside the Head Ramen Chef, you will support the Head Ramen Chef in assisting the General Manager in all aspects of the restaurant. Your role is crucial in ensuring that every customer receives the best possible experience through the delivery of Omotenashi hospitality, fostering high team morale, and archiving Tonkotsu standards, values and commercial success.
