Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dynamic General Manager to lead our team at Tamila Kings Cross.

This pivotal role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest services, and maintaining high standards of management within our hospitality environment. Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding guest services, fostering a welcoming and positive atmosphere.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards across all areas of the venue.
  • Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to maintain a high-performing team.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with department heads to implement policies that enhance operational efficiency and guest experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily operations, financial transactions, and staff performance.

Experience

  • Proven management experience within the hospitality - high end restaurants , minimum 2 year experience
  • Strong understanding of guest services principles and the ability to create memorable experiences for diverse clientele.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively, motivate staff, and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the capacity to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
  • Experience in managing operations during busy periods with an emphasis on quality control and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to hospitality settings.

Pay: £48,000.00-£53,000.00 per year
