We are looking for a knowledgeable, energetic, and passionate staff with plenty of experience running a high volume and fast-paced bar and restaurant without breaking a sweat, to join our stunning Northfields venue.
You are an established Breakfast Front of House who has experience leading the breakfast service in a restaurant. You are a morning person who enjoys early starts. You have the ability to continually deliver outstanding customer service .
You have strong communication skills to ensure smooth running service You are warm and welcoming, highly organised and motivational. We need someone who is creative, knows their food and drink; so it would be great to have someone who is confident with coming up with new and unique ideas as well as stirring up some olden goldies.

Regular Duties:
Amazing customer service, no matter what.
Ensuring that licensing laws and regulations are strictly followed.
Preparing all drinks for the waiting staff to serve customers.
Greeting all guests warmly on arrival and escorting them to their table
Managing walk-in, online and telephone reservations
Responding quickly and sympathetically to any customer concerns
Adhering to all health and safety requirements, including food hygiene regulations
Supporting colleagues and staff during busy periods, including taking orders, serving meals and clearing tables
Liaising with the kitchen staff to ensure an efficient and seamless service
