Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and personable Experience Bar Staff to create memorable moments for our guests in a lively, fast-paced environment. As a key member of our team, you will serve drinks, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure a fun and safe atmosphere. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help elevate the guest experience, making every visit enjoyable and engaging. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant setting where your positive attitude and hospitality skills shine.

Duties

  • Take orders ensuring swift service during busy hours
  • Make hot drinks, pour pints, cocktails mocktails
  • Serve beverages and food with professionalism, maintaining high standards of food safety and food handling procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and creating a welcoming environment
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety regulations and sanitation standards
  • Assist with catering, banquet, or events needed, supporting large groups with efficient service
  • Monitor guest behavior to ensure safety and compliance with venue policies, especially in nightlife or entertainment settings
  • Must be available to work Friday and Saturday 4pm till 11pm (some flexibility in time)

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in food service, hospitality, bar is highly desirable; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during peak hours
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
  • Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling practices, and basic math for cash handling and sales transactions
  • Ability to work flexible hours including night, weekends, and special events such as banquets or catering functions
  • Experience in serving alcohol responsibly in licensed venues such as nightclubs or breweries is advantageous
