Full job description

We are looking for a friendly, reliable and customer-focused Waitress / Front of House Team Member to join the team at Awaafi Kerala Restaurant in Edinburgh. The role involves welcoming customers, taking and serving orders, providing excellent customer service, maintaining restaurant cleanliness and supporting the wider team during busy service periods.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and be able to speak Malayalam and English. Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred, but training can be provided for the right candidate. The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends and busy periods.

Pay will be in line with the National Minimum Wage / applicable National Living Wage rate, depending on age and eligibility.

Pay: £12.71-£15.71 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20.0 per week
