Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Indian and Pub Chef to lead the culinary offerings of our vibrant establishment. This role involves crafting authentic North Indian dishes and using tandoor alongside classic pub favorites, ensuring every plate delights our guests and reflects high standards of quality and flavor. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will oversee food preparation, supervise kitchen operations, and manage a talented team to deliver exceptional dining experiences. Your culinary expertise, leadership skills, and dedication to food safety will drive the success of our restaurant’s culinary journey.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook authentic Indian cuisine as well as traditional pub dishes, maintaining consistency and quality in every plate.
  • Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance on food production, presentation, and safety protocols.
  • Manage food inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper storage to minimize waste and control costs.
  • Lead food preparation activities during service hours, ensuring timely delivery of orders while maintaining high standards.
  • Oversee adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards to ensure a safe dining environment for guests and staff.
  • Train team members on cooking techniques, food presentation, and hospitality practices to foster a cohesive work environment.
  • Collaborate with management to develop menu items that highlight authentic flavors and meet customer preferences.
