Lead food production in curry or Tandoori section.

Asign duty and task to junior staff .

Plan and implement training for junior staff.

Ensure that company operating standards pertaining health and safety and food safety are always adhered to.

Maintain cleanliness in sections.

Create and innovate new dishes as special to add on the menu .
