Overview
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Indian Kitchen Cook to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking authentic Indian dishes while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with food preparation and cooking under the supervision of senior chefs
  • Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping, peeling, and measuring
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area in accordance with food safety standards
  • Support in serving food efficiently during busy service periods
  • Ensure all food is stored correctly and labelled appropriately
  • Follow health and safety regulations at all times to ensure a safe working environment
  • Help with washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment as needed
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues and maintaining professional conduct

Qualifications
