SOUTH INDIAN CHEF – INDIAN RESTAURANT | FULL-TIME | EAST HAM

We are seeking an experienced and passionate South Indian Chef to lead our kitchen team and maintain the highest standards of food quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all kitchen operations and daily service
  • Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff
  • Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation
  • Manage stock, ordering, food costs, and wastage
  • Maintain food hygiene and health & safety standards
  • Assist with menu development and seasonal specials

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a South Indian curry Chef or Senior Sous Chef in Indian restaurant.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Experience with South Indian cuisine.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Please note: This is a full-time position. Applicants must have the legal right to work full-time in the UK.
