About the role

You'll help us preserve the soul of South Indian cooking while reimagining it for a modern dining experience - honouring heritage recipes and techniques, and presenting them in a way that feels fresh, exciting and relevant.

What we're looking for

  • Strong understanding of authentic South Indian cooking and traditional recipes
  • Knowledge of the stories, techniques and ingredients behind classic dishes
  • Creativity to reinterpret heritage recipes in a modern way
  • Confidence experimenting with flavour, texture, presentation and technique
  • Awareness of contemporary dining, food trends and evolving customer preferences
  • A passion for rediscovering forgotten, regional and family recipes and giving them new life
  • Above all, respect for the roots of the cuisine alongside the imagination to take it somewhere new

Pay: From £12.71 per hour
