At Nanas, we’re not your typical Indian restaurant. We’re a vibrant, busy Indian tapas restaurant passionate about creating unforgettable food, exciting flavours, and memorable dining experiences. We’re looking for a talented and imaginative Head Chef who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and wants to help take our food to the next level.

If you’re creative, hands-on, and believe that every plate leaving the kitchen should be exceptional, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading and inspiring a close-knit kitchen team.
  • Creating exciting, high-quality Indian tapas dishes with flair and consistency.
  • Working collaboratively with the team and leading by example.
  • Maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen organisation.
  • Supporting all areas of the kitchen—no job is too big or too small.
  • Managing food preparation, stock control, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations during busy services.
  • Helping develop new menus and seasonal specials that keep our customers coming back for more.

What We’re Looking For

  • An experienced chef with strong leadership skills.
  • A genuine passion for creative cooking and exceptional food.
  • Someone who enjoys working as part of a team and can motivate others.
  • Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
