Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our hospitality/ food service environment. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of staff, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
• Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to maintain high standards of quality
• Manage daily kitchen operations, including food production and ensuring adherence to food safety regulations
• Coordinate team schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance to optimise productivity
• Provide training and mentorship to new team members, fostering a positive working environment
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards across all areas of operation
• Maintain excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally
• Assist in inventory management, including stock control and ordering supplies as needed
• Support the implementation of restaurant or hotel policies to uphold brand standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in supervising or managing teams within a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting
• Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
• Previous experience in serving or hospitality roles is highly desirable
• Familiarity with culinary techniques and restaurant or hotel service standards
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Good organisational skills with attention to detail
• Prior experience in barista work or bar service is advantageous but not essential

Pay: £14.00 per hour
