CHEF JOMON’S #VEEDU – Hornchurch, RM11 3XT is an upcoming Pan-Indian restaurant bringing a diverse range of authentic Indian flavours and regional specialities to the local community.

Job Summary:
We are looking for passionate, hardworking, and customer-focused team members to join our new restaurant. Successful candidates will support the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, maintain high standards of food quality and service, provide excellent customer experiences, and work effectively as part of a busy team.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair
  • Engage with guests warmly, taking orders accurately and providing excellent customer service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
  • Monitor guest consumption responsibly, ensuring compliance with legal drinking age laws and safety protocols
  • Manage cash register transactions efficiently, including handling payments and giving change
  • Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during busy hours
  • Collaborate with team members to create a lively, positive atmosphere that encourages repeat visits
